This app is used to generate inventory / check out report based on the data feed in the app at the time of final checkout. This app generates a final report of the house or properties rented or bought prior to given on rent. User can take photos while reporting the house before permitting it for rent along with all the current status like utility reading –electricity, water and gas and key sets, manuals etc.
